Health related fitness (HRF) can be defined as any activity or exercise which you do. To enhance and maintain your physical health. And it helps you to stay active all day long. Especially in the classification of muscular endurance, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and body composition.  Aerobic exercise is an example of the health of fitness. That is performed to enhance cardiovascular endurance. That can also be theoretically defined as a multidimensional construct. That contains the component. It is including body composition, muscular strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory endurance, and muscular endurance.

It can be identified as adequate to strong physical activity. Then it is a perfect match for those people who cannot perform an exercise at extreme intensities. Health fitness exercises can be connected to daily activities. They are frequently identified as lifetime exercises. It is essentially is related to functional health. And the prevention of disease. Doing health-related exercises daily helps you. To improve your mood, prevent illness and diseases, weight control, and enhances better sleep. It also helps in the cure of some diseases such as diabetes mellitus type 2 and cardiovascular disease (CVD).

Components of health related fitness

This includes 5 fundamental components. That is the derivative of physical activity and exercise. These fundamental components are in the following:
  1. Flexibility
  2. Muscular strength
  3. Cardiorespiratory endurance ( aerobic fitness)
  4. Body composition
  5. Muscular endurance

1. Flexibility

Flexibility means “muscular fitness”. It means if you could move voluntarily. And how you react to unbalanced conditions, increased the muscle elasticity. the age is increasing, flexibility becomes more important. Flexibility helps you to be more active, allows moving more quickly, and helps in the reduction of joint pain also.

2. Muscular strength

Muscular strength means how much your muscles. The body is capable of lifting weight in one go. It would correlate with the “quality” of the work. Performed by your muscle. That deals with muscular endurance. Muscular strength is the maximum lift ability of the muscle. Generated by the effort performed by the body. 3. Cardiorespiratory endurance (aerobic fitness)

It is part of health-related fitness. It is aerobic fitness. Cardiorespiratory endurance means for how long your body can do cardio exercise without difficulty in breathing and tiredness. Therefore,  cardiorespiratory endurance makes cardio activities. And exercises are way easier than before. For example, if you are a beginner to exercise you will not be able to do exercise for more than 5 minutes without difficulty in breathing. And if respiratory endurance is enhanced. Then you can run up to 10 minutes without dripping sweat.

4. Body composition

Body composition is related to density and body mass. That is more related to the body itself than being muscular and lean.

5. Muscular endurance

Muscular endurance is similar to cardiorespiratory endurance. That is means how many repeated reps. That your body can make during the weight training sessions. So, It means how much your muscle is capable of doing repeated reps.

Daily physical activity and exercise are completely about enhancing. However, the quality of life aiming at speed, coordination, quickness, balance, and power; all of the work amazingly together.
